# Governance - $NARUTO
## What is $NARUTO token?
$NARUTO token is the governance token of EatnSmile ecosystem. It puts power to the hands of EatnSmile community through a voting mechanism, allowing the system to operate properly in a decentralized environment.
Token holders can stake $NARUTO token in [EatnSmile DAO](https://docs.eatnsmile.org/whitepaper/eatnsmile-dao) to participate in different voting pools. Every time DAO members cast a vote, they will receive an amount of reward.
The token is expected to distribute resources evenly in the community, aiming for a strong and active community.
Due to the nature of governance, EatnSmile will only start launching the token when reaching a sufficient number of community members. At this point, the ideal milestone to launch $NARUTO token is 100,000 members.
## About $NARUTO Airdrop
To express an appreciation to the community, EatnSmile will launch an airdrop campaign sharing 15% supply of $NARUTO token to all community members in accordance with their contributions. The event will happen before any listing activities.
Once EatnSmile first reaches **100,000 members,** **10% supply of $NARUTO token** will be released for the airdrop campaign. The other 5% will be locked until the project reaches 1,000,000 users.
Aforementioned in previous sections, EatnSmile system will automatically calculate the **loyalty points** based on user activites, include Review, Helpful, and number of Store NFT.
* Review: The number of reviews given by user (3 reviews/day - 2.5 points each).
* Helpful: The number of 'Helpful' button clicked by other users (1 point each).
* Mint Store NFT: The number of Store NFT minted by user.
* Mint with FREE mintcode (2.5 points each)
* Mint with PAID mintcode (purchase with [$STAR token](https://docs.eatnsmile.org/whitepaper/token/star) - 10 points each)
* Purchase NFT on Marketplace (Opensea, LookRare, native marketplace - 10 points each)
* Gold Crown member (5,000 points)
The amount of loyalty points is not equivalent to the amount of airdrop token in anyways, but to determine the weight of users in the airdrop pool.
